This afternoon the whole school was invited to St Martins Church to celebrate harvest. A convoy of children and staff from Nursery up to year 6 walked to church, led by Lewis, a Community Police Officer who very kindly helped us to cross the roads safely. The service about a Harvest Rainbow was conducted by the Reverend Anne, who welcomed pupils, staff, parents and friends to participate in the service. Eagles class performed a harvest poem with confidence and enthusiasm and the service concluded with a rousing performance of 'It's Harvest Time'. A BIG thank you to everyone for the kind donations of food which will be distributed to those less fortunate in our community.
