Hi Woodpeckers!
I hope you had some fun in the snow last week ! Here are this weeks activities, I look forward to seeing how you get on, please email any photos or videos.
Letters and Sounds
This week we are recapping the igh, oa and oo sounds we learnt last week. (Use the resources provided for letters and sounds last week). Try and focus for ten minutes on reading, spelling and writing words with those sounds. You could even have a game of snap! Write out the words a few times onto different pieces of paper, shuffle them, share them out and say snap if you see a matching word.
The person with the most word cards wins !

Look at the pictures and write some words to describe what is happening in each picture.
Activity 2

Can you count how many bags you have in the house? |
Sort them according to colour or pattern and write the numbers down. Make a table to show the results.
Activity 3

Find and explore different materials to design and make a picture frame for a royal portrait. Use different coloured string to decorate it. Can you make a round one? |
