It's time to spread happiness around the world. We have such a wonderful of people around the world dancing to Pharrell William's song 'Happy'. Why not join in the happy dance!
What makes you happy? Perhaps you could use photos to make a collage of all the things that make you happy, or paint a picture!
You might be the next 'Strictly' superstar and find that you are happiest twirling and whirling in your very own dance style!
You might be the next Beyoncé and find that singing makes you happy! Sing loud, long and clear!
