Taking time to explore your environment is great for your well-being and lockdown can be a very anxious time for everybody so having time having free, child-led exploration can be a real positive for everybody.
Forest school is usually experienced outside but sometimes it isn’t possible to be out of your home, so I have created this ‘home edition’. Your house can be full of amazing sensory learning as well!
