Welcome to Swifts Class
We are a very energetic year 3 class of 6 boys and 2 girls. The teacher in Swifts is Molly, our level three teaching assistants are Emma and Kelly and our level two teaching assistants are Amy and Claire.
We have had a busy start to the new academic year in our new classroom, where we have been getting to know our new friends and staff. Our topic for this half term is ‘Together’ which is supporting the children to come back into school, build relationships and to establish new routines.
We have started this topic with the story ‘We Are Together’ by Britta Teckentrup where we did lots of activities related to the story. We will then explore the story ‘The Colour Monster’ by Anna Llenas.
At the end of each day, every child has time to reflect on their day and as a class we also celebrate individual children’s achievements.
