Spring Term 

Our topic this term is 'The Stars and Beyond'. We will be exploring our topic through key texts such as 'Whatever Next' and 'Beegu'. We will be making our very own rockets, fruit planets, rocket toast and more! We will also be creating some 'Starry Night' artwork, inspired by Vincent Van Gogh.

Autumn Term

We began the term exploring our 'Seasons' topic using our senses. We melted ice, made snow and enjoyed 'senseology' sessions for each season. A favourite

was working together to make a very autumnal apple crumble!

We especially enjoyed exploring the story 'Stick Man' and following instructions to make our own stick men.

After half term we started our 'Dinosaurs' topic and enjoyed lots of small world play with the dinosaurs, dinosaur songs and dancing too!
